Adoption is the key to success.

Whenever there are changes, adoption is at risk. Although people in general declare themselves supportive of change .... many people are reluctant to changes. There are various reasons why some peoplebehave unsupportive to some changes. Sometimes they feel unsecure or unheard while others feel superiour or 'too' successfull and they should be excluded from the change.
